Impeccable housekeeping provided a spotless environment.
Our room lacked the promised balcony, causing frustration. The breakfast was disappointingly basic and didn't match expectations. Additionally, there were minimal electrical outlets, making it inconvenient for device charging.

Beautiful views from the hotel's terrace and clean, spacious rooms made for a lovely stay. The breakfast selection was impressive, with fresh eggs and fruit that stood out during our entire trip in Italy. The staff was always attentive and eager to enhance our experience, regularly checking in on us. However, we encountered a significant issue with our room. We booked a standard suite expecting a balcony, but upon arrival, it was clear our room lacked this feature. This discrepancy was disappointing, and we had to upgrade at an additional cost. Also, the spa facilities weren't fully operational. the hot tub was cold, and only the sauna was available, which was a letdown since we had planned to enjoy those amenities. Despite these hiccups, the location is picturesque, and the small town nearby has charming shops and local delicacies.

It was just a suitable option for a fleeting moment in Radda in Chianti with very good value for money. The terrace bar under the shade of old trees was a perfect relaxing spot. Take advantage of the local recommendations for exploring nearby vineyards.

I had a beautiful, characterful suite with a stunning view. The location was spot on for exploring vineyards, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. Watching the sunset over the hills was simply magical.
But goodness, the bugs were just too happy around the restaurant! My shower temperature was like a game of hot and cold—definitely not the spa experience I had in mind!

The hotel offers a prime location for touring local wineries and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to arrange personalized winery tours and provide recommendations. The hotel boasts ample free parking, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and it's just a short five-minute walk to the charming town center where you can find various restaurants and shops.
The hotel could benefit from updates in its decor and amenities, as some areas feel outdated.
